Valentine Cookies

This week the kids and I attempted Valentine cookies. Some moments were better than others, but the eating of them was the best. Here is the progress:

Dancing Diva

Meleah has been bringing me this CD so that she can dance...all of the time. I never knew when I bought the music that it would provide hours of entertainment!

Corn on the Cob

Henry discovered a favorite this summer, corn on the cob. He asks for it at random times and unfortunately it is hard to find in the winter. A few days ago I found some Steamfresh corn on the cob, it was the perfect answer. Tonight was the night, and the kids loved it! Meleah had never tried it before so Henry showed her how to try. It was definitely a hit, best $1.25 ever spent!

Where did they go??

With the sun shining I felt like doing a little spring cleaning...no, not really. I actually just had a pan out for weeks that I haven't felt like stuffing into the closet. So, Tuesday was the day to put it away! They kids had way more fun than I did!

Christmas - Extended

Christmas didn't end for us on Christmas Day. The kids were coming down with colds and didn't get to go to an extended family party. So their gifts went under the tree for Christmas morning part 2! Henry didn't see them at first, but once he did there was nothing else he wanted to do but open the presents. Meleah in true form cried on and off through it. (None of those pictures made it here.) That is one thing I hope does NOT become a tradition!

The kids were thrilled with all of their gifts, and have not put them down since we opened them!
